Job Description

This is a technical role within the Service team who has vast technical knowledge and experience in installation, troubleshooting and provide technical training on electromechanical and IT/ Networking equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• An advocate for Safety at work.
• Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting the service level agreement.
• A positive team player at work especially in challenging situation.
• Close collaboration with the team on any service delivery challenges while still delivering the customer expectation.
• Complete all administrative tasks and documentations in a timely and accurately manner.
• Adopt a continuous improvement approach at work, that includes but not limited to, reviewing of all needed resources in service delivery.
• Other duties as required by the Site Lead or Regional Service Manager

The Individual

Qualifications/ Experience:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering. Electromechanical, Software, IT and/or Networking Engineering related fields. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in field repair of electromechanical, IT and/or Networking equipment.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Individuals should possess good communications skills with an orientation towards service delivery. Ready to travel on short notice and occasionally working beyond office hours. Class 3 driving license is highly recommended.

Physical/Mental Requirements:

• Possess excellent stakeholder management, communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task several projects at once.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.
• Calm, self-motivated, reliable, accountable and ability to delivery service unsupervised.
• Good physical agility and ability to lift item up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• No colour deficiency.
• Valid Class 3 driving license.
• Ready to travel, including High-Risk travel countries, on short notice and occasionally working beyond office days and hours.
