Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for marketing and sales activities, including participating in the implementation of new product experiment bureaus, technical explanations and equipment debugging at exhibitions and seminars;
• Pre-sales: Responsible for product pre-sales support, program writing, product demonstration, production of equipment solutions and design of basic fixtures;
• Sales: provide on-site guidance, equipment installation, commissioning, equipment operation, promotion and training of technology applications;
• After-sales: on-site equipment maintenance; provide customers with improvement suggestions in off-site situations, help customers troubleshoot problems; participate in some links in the R&D process, and provide necessary application support for the smooth development of R&D and other after-sales technical support; Cooperate with sales to do a good job in product marketing.
• Regularly output relevant work reports and reports (installation reports, training reports, after-sales problem feedback reports, etc.), and timely feedback relevant work information

• More than 2 years of working experience in R&D or technical support majoring in machinery and automation, experience in the use and maintenance of SMT and related equipment is preferred, and 1 year in fluid control is better; excellent fresh graduates are also welcome
• Loop/module circuit reading ability;
• Skilled use of drawing software;
• Proficency in office softwares;
• Have proficient computer software and hardware maintenance knowledge;
• Can adapt to frequent business trips;
• Strong communication skills, flexible handling of various emergencies.
