Due to rapid expansion, they are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer.Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions for on-site machine issues raised by customers.
• Install and set up equipment and retrofit kits at customer sites, including vision systems, test contacting, and interfacing with subsystems. Perform acceptance protocols with customers upon installation and provide training on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
• Promptly report activities, special problems, or technical shortcomings that might affect smooth operations. Update technical reports accordingly.
• Collaborate with technical staff and company agents to visit clients for machinery installations and organize efficient after-sales service as per the company\'s policies.
• Work with technical staff, the company\'s main office, and company agents to visit prospective clients, analyze their needs, and draft specifications for machinery or parts.
• Apply the company\'s ISO customer service process flow in daily activities and support to fulfill the company\'s vision and quality policy.
• Update project issues in Oracle/QI and follow up with the factory (Project Manager, Engineering, and Account Manager) to resolve them within the committed dates. Review issues weekly with customers and internal staff.
• Coordinate installation/setup schedules with customers for long-term projects.
• Take ownership of customer management, resolving issues during on-site support to reduce complaints.
• Follow up on activities for assigned customers and serve as the main communication channel between Ismeca and customers for daily service support and machine issues, escalating to you superior if needed.
• Maintain professional communication between customers and internal staff to avoid conflicts.
• Prioritize and meet customer expectations, managing highlighted issues.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor\'s degree in micro-mechanics/mechanics or equivalent.
• Proficient in electronics and mechanics.
• Strong background in mechanical/electro-mechanics.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Technical skills in both mechanical and electrical fields.
• Strong customer relation skills.
• Proven track record of resolving field issues.
• Structured work approach.
• Effective communication skills.
• Competence in engineering solutions and project handling.
