Position: Field Service Engineer (Home Based) Location: Based in Penang Company Background : Our well-established client is a MNC technology company specializing in Semiconductor industry (Smart Card, passport/ePassport, Semiconductor and RFID industry). They are looking for a dynamic and result oriented candidate to fill their current job opening of Field Service Engineer to be based in Penang (Northern Region). This is Home Based role. s : Install, service, and maintain the equipment to ensure good and stable production. To carry out training for customer. To ensure customer satisfaction towards the equipment performance. Provide overview update on machine condition and situation after visit and follow up on customer feedback. Provide feedback on the status of equipment to the customer after providing any kinds of support. Other tasks assigned by superior. Job Requirements : Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic in Engineering or equivalent. Required language: English & Mandarin. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferable candidates have experience in pick and place/Die Sorter machine. Experienced in machinery servicing environment. Able to work independently, critical thinking, proactive in problem solving and creative in providing solutions. 100% flexibility to travel abroad at any given time.
