• OBJECTIVE

• Cooperate with FS Curtis and FS Elliott team members to coordinate and lead field service technicians in aftermarket field service activities for various type of air compressors and air treatment equipment, Field service activities inclusive of test and commissioning, services, maintenances, repairs, upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Maintain good customers\xe2\x80\x99 relationships and increase customers\xe2\x80\x99 satisfactions via top quality works at site.
• JOB DESCRIPTION

• Conducts, provides assistance and leads service team members on various type of air compressors field service activities include: start-ups, overhauls/repairs, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Provides troubleshooting and technical support to channel partners and customers, across Malaysia. Executes assignments with guidance from experienced technical advisor from Taiwan or China.
• Follows up on customers\xe2\x80\x99 warranty claims, resolve and/or recommend solutions.
• Schedules and completes service and maintenance plans.
• Conducts training programs to customers and channel partners.
• Issues technical reports pertaining to the compressors and provides feedbacks to other departments as well as develops and executes improvement solutions
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• WORKING EXPERIENCE

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related engineering field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Mechanical & Rotating / Industrial Machinery Maintenances / Repairs.
• REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in any technical field.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
• Possess Good Driving License and able to operate forklift within company premise.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (reading, writing and oral); Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software; ERP experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills including ability to listen attentively and to communicate information clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrate problem solving and process analysis skills; Good judgement skills with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
• Basic knowledge in interpretation of technical drawings / diagrams.
