Field Service Technician (jb)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and service barcode equipments (printer & scanner) at customer site. Manage all on-site & in-house installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations /briefings. Build positive relationships with customers. Produce timely and detailed service reports. Propose the service contract. Do & submit quotation to customer. Visiting the customer to gather information competitor (label, ribbon & printer) & old company printer model. To promote Printer, Ribbon and Label. Installation printer driver and Software and support them. Other ad-hoc duties as assign.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic or equivalent. At least 3-5 years relevant experience in related field with good interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Strong service orientation. Good analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills; both verbally and in writing. Possess own transport.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
