Job Description
Location is Pahang & Kelantan Job Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of field operations, supervision and general management.
- Supports the estate manager in day-to-day operations.
- Oversees workers and ensures good agricultural practices.
- Participate in on the job training.
Job Requirements
- Fresh graduates who possess a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Agriculture/ Forestry or equivalent and candidates below 35 years of age from non agriculture trades/ professions are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must be fit and healthy and enjoy working outdoors and keen interest in oil palm industry.
- Driven, hardworking and committed to learning and continuous improvement.
- Possess good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
