Field Technician
Job Description
Responsibilities; \xc2\xb7 To perform troubleshooting on network equipment as well as customer premise equipment \xc2\xb7 Conduct maintenance of electrical systems \xc2\xb7 Installing, maintaining, and repairing cable infrastructure. \xc2\xb7 Performing maintenance on existing cabling systems. \xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting issues with cable network. \xc2\xb7 Handling basic repairs and maintenance. \xc2\xb7 Provide high-quality service to all customers \xc2\xb7 Other ad-hoc task as and when required by the department \xc2\xb7 To perform trouble ticket (TT)/Docket \xc2\xb7 To perform test call/speed call \xc2\xb7 Configuration at sites Qualifications \xc2\xb7 SPM / Diploma in Electronic/Electrical Engineering / Certificate with major in Telecommunication or other related fields \xc2\xb7 CIDB/ NIOSH certification in a plus \xc2\xb7 Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with a clean driving history \xc2\xb7 Experience using hand and electrical tools \xc2\xb7 Ability to read technical manuals and drawings Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
