Job Description

Main Responsibility:-

Responsible to daily final quality activities, customer complaints and quality documentations.

:-

Daily supervise, monitoring and control final inspection quality products and activities. Develop quality criteria, optimize quality control processes, implement within Quality Standard and monitor the effectiveness. Manage the quality data, implement improvement to ensure adhere to quality standard and prevents defects during the inspection. Ensure perform final inspection of products before shipment that compliance with customer requirements and company quality standards. Check the customer Parts Inspection Standard according to monthly submission date schedule. To do analysis according to quality problem feedback or warranty claim collected parts and discuss with relevant departments for countermeasure improvement. To prepare the investigation and countermeasure report on customer complaint or warranty claim analysis. To prepare monthly defect analysis summary for warranty claim collected parts. To involve in joint check activity with customer on new product against Parts Inspection Standard (PIS). Prepare & check customer documents such as Quality Control Plan, Inspection Standard and Inspection Agreement Sheet for new and existing products. Conduct Quality Problem Countermeasure (QPC) presentation at internal or external site. To perform any assignment given by QC Assistant Manager / Manager. Work with internal cross-functional, include Production, R&D, Process and etc. to resolve quality issues which impact daily operations and customers. Prepare & check customer documents such as Quality Control Plan, Inspection Standard and Inspection Agreement Sheet. To involve in joint check activity with customer on new product against Parts Inspection Standard (PIS). Check the customer Parts Inspection Standard according to monthly submission date schedule.

Minimum Requirement(s):-

1. Diploma/ Degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or related engineering degree required.

2. At least 3 years' experience in related field.

3. Willing to work at Kapar, Selangor.

Required Skill(s):-

1. Familiar with Automotive Electronic manufacturing, SMT/ PCBA or Infotainment processes.

2. Familiarity with ESD safety practices.

3. Basic knowledge of ISO9001:2015, IATF16949:2016 or other applicable standards.

4. Must be willing and able to travel domestic and oversea if necessary.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
