Client Summary: Our client is a Performance Reward System solutions provider that aims to empower SME businesses to thrive and prosper by harnessing the power of technology. :

• Required experience to oversee and monitor the finance team, review and check all the day-to-day, monthly routine task & output reports delivered by the Subordinate such as Monthly Management Accounts, Quarterly, Half yearly and full yearly Consolidated Accounts, Accounts Documents, analysis schedules, other accounts report, auditors report & tax computation working based on company performance for business and data intelligence framework.
• To monitor and ensure the completion dateline is met on time for delivery of all Account reports & sub-schedules from the Subordinate and extend training, briefing & guidance given to new staff.
• Prepare & Review monthly/Yearly cash flow receipt/payments projection, Meeting discussion of the cash flow budget to ensure sufficient funds to cover fixed monthly payments such as salary & office overheads.
• Group cashflow management
• Review Schedule for Amount owing by / (to) Directors A/c, commission analysis & other necessary sub-working schedules.
• Attend other ad-hoc assignments as and when available- Tax Field Audit, Company restructuring exercise. Check and review the ad-hoc schedules prepared as and when required such as bank facilities or other license applications.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent qualifications from Chartered Accounting Bodies. (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
• Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Work effectively with staff and the public.
• Work independently.
• Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
• Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills.
• Preferably the Supervision/Leadership skill and experience of overseeing the whole Finance Team would be added as a privilege.
• Strong command of the English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin languages.
• Knowing Mandarin is essential.
