\xe3\x83\xbbResponsible for the timely preparation of accurate financial statements and reporting documents\xe3\x83\xbbReview accounting system reports for accounts payable and accounts receivable\xe3\x83\xbbCreate data entry on journal entries\xe3\x83\xbbPrepare first review of accounting system reports of Income Statement, Balance Sheet and general ledger on a timely basis.\xe3\x83\xbbPrepare monthly financial management report with set timeline referring to Malaysian Private Entities Reporting Standard\xe3\x83\xbbCompute estimation of Corporate Income Tax and review investment holding tax computation prepared by tax consultant and liaise with tax consultant to prepare accurate documents\xe3\x83\xbbLiaise with banks for fixed deposit and related matters\xe3\x83\xbbMonitor cashflow position and handle fixed deposit\xe3\x83\xbbCoordinate for annual fiscal audit liaising with Auditor and prepare draft of audited financial statement\xe3\x83\xbbLiaise with corporate secretary to prepare corporate documents to make management decisions\xe3\x83\xbbPrepare annual budgets for annual Business plan\xe3\x83\xbbReview the employee salary computation in collaboration with the vendor

Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Degree in Finance/Accounting (At least)\xe2\x9c\x93At least 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting\xe2\x9c\x93At least 1 year of experience in Supervisory experience\xe2\x9c\x93Proficiency in any Accounting Software/System with basic knowledge on journal entries/general ledger\xe2\x9c\x93Proficiency in using computer software to prepare reports and compute data\xe2\x9c\x93Corporate Income Tax calculation and preparation\xe2\x9c\x93Payroll and social fund computation\xe2\x9c\x93Financial analysis skills for reporting based on basic understanding for financial statement\xe2\x9c\x93Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia(good oral & written communication skills)
