The selected candidate will handle

bookkeeping and data entry tasks

for multiple client portfolios -- with

Skytravel2u

as one of the main projects under your care.

Position: Finance & Accounting Officer

Location:

Menara Summit, USJ (Main Office)
(Optional workspace: SetiaWalk Puchong or Bangsar South branch - upon request)

Working Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Office)
Friday-Saturday: Work from Anywhere (Hybrid Flex)

You will support both

KFJ & Co.

and

Skytravel2u

by maintaining accurate accounting records, assisting with costing and reporting, and ensuring financial documentation is up to date.

Key Responsibilities

Under KFJ & Co. Accounting Team

Perform

basic bookkeeping and data entry

using the

SQL Accounting System

and Excel for small and medium size of clients. Record daily transactions (invoices, payments, receipts, and expenses) across multiple client accounts. Maintain and reconcile bank, supplier, and customer ledgers. Assist in generating monthly trial balances and basic management reports. Ensure all entries are accurate, complete, and properly supported by documentation.

Under Skytravel2u (Secondment Scope)

Prepare

project costing sheets

for group and private trips. Assist in creating

trip P&L statements

and tracking overall profitability. Monitor

collections, refunds, and supplier payments

in coordination with the Operations team. Update monthly summary reports for Skytravel2u management review. Maintain accurate financial records for all travel-related transactions.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Familiarity with

SQL Accounting Software

and

Microsoft Excel

(basic formulas & organization). Detail-oriented, systematic, and disciplined. Fresh graduates are welcome -- training will be provided. Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.

Salary:

RM2,500/month (EPF + SOCSO + EIS)
