Requirements

• ? ?Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• ? ?3-5 years' experience in accounting/finance, preferably in payment, fintech, or e-commerce industries.

• ? ?Strong knowledge of reconciliation, cashflow management, and payout processing.

• ? ?Proficient in accounting software (Xero, SQL, QuickBooks, or equivalent).

Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial analysis and reporting.

• ? ?Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• ? ?Good communication skills in English (Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).

Plus Point

• ? ?Experience in working with payment gateways or merchant settlement processes.

• ? ?Exposure to fintech/e-wallet/loyalty/rewards businesses.

• ? ?Familiarity with SST and Malaysian tax reporting.

Responsibilities
Daily Reconciliation

• ? ?Match Mpay settlement reports (T+1) with Bello's in-app transaction records.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies quickly.
Merchant Payouts

• ? ?Prepare merchant payout schedules (T+3) and ensure accuracy.

• ? ?Generate merchant payout statements and keep proper documentation.

• ? ?Handle refunds, disputes, and chargebacks in coordination with Mpay.

Financial Operations

• ? ?Record all transactions (sales, commissions, fees, rebates) in accounting system.

• ? ?Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds for merchant payouts.

• ? ?Assist in budget tracking and internal reporting.

Compliance & Audit

• ? ?Liaise with external accountants/auditors for monthly closing, SST, and annual filings.

• ? ?Ensure proper record-keeping for audit and tax purposes.

• ? ?Maintain internal financial controls to reduce errors and fraud risk.
