Finance & Accounts General Manager
Job Description
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications with MIA membership.- At least 10-15 years of managerial experience, preferably in the plantation sector.- Familiarity with relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia) and legal frameworks related to fundraising.- Proficiency in accounting standards, Companies Act 2016, and Income Tax Act.- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and a penchant for data analysis.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.Responsibilities- Manage all accounting and financial operations.- Develop and maintain comprehensive cash flow projections for the group, advising management on borrowing commitments and funding requirements.- Ensure timely submission of compliance reports, schedules, and documents to financiers and Sukuk Trustees.- Review agreements, contracts, purchase requests, and purchase orders before submission to Executive Director/Managing Director.- Oversee audits on contract works including mechanical weeding, drain desilting, bridges, roads, and estate maintenance.- Prepare various reports, analyses, and presentations as requested by management.BenefitsEPFSOCSOMedical InsuranceAdditional Benefits
