Job Desription -Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation. -Oversees preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets. -Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards. -Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual company tax returns. -Audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit. -Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies. -Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations. -Ensures compliance with ISO standards, local, state, and federal government requirements. -Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned. Job Requirement -Candidate must possess a Degree in Accounting or Finance or a professional accounting qualification. -At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting and/or finance. -Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. -Highly organised, attention to detail, and good follow-through, delivering on deadlines. -Experience in Manufacturing will be an added value. -Very good analytical skills and a creative mind. -Proactive, initiative, resourceful, innovative and good at multitasking. -Strong team player who is collaborative and also able to carry out tasks independently and deliver timely results. -Ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels. -A keen eye for detail to manage large accounts and is performance-driven Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
