What the day will look like


  • Provide support to all Project Managers to insert the confirmed sales opportunities into the Workday System. This requires an understanding of the various products and services within HCS and ensuring that the details uploaded into Workday is align with the contracting payment milestones and terms.
  • Supports Project Managers in securing all the various documentations needed in a timely manner for revenue recognition and billing purposes.
  • Supports Project Managers on operational issues related to Workday by liaising with the relevant party to have the issues sorted.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of billable expenses for the various Projects and ensuring that invoices are released timely to the clients.
  • Provide support to Sales / Business Development Leads in SEA in uploading new sales opportunities in Aon Connect on a timely basis.
  • Ensure documentation guidelines on Aon Revenue Recognition Principle is adhered to
  • Ensure all documentations related to client contracting and invoicing are kept in orderly manner including providing support in any admin relates task.


Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting, finance, business admin or any related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in Sales Admin or Finance Admin roles
  • Understanding or familiarity of Financial Tracking platform like Workday
  • Understanding of familiarity of CRM Software
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a team, fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships, as well as work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Critical and innovative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills, detail oriented
  • Articulate and possess excellent command in written & spoken English.
  • Adaptability \xe2\x80\x93 quick learner
  • Mature and professional demeanor, and a positive attitude
  • Strong PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
