Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Responsibilities



Prepare and review monthly Profit & Loss statements with accuracy and timeliness. Update and maintain the weekly Debtors Collection Report, ensuring proper follow-up and tracking. Manage Accounts Payable, including processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments. Handle Accounts Receivable tasks such as invoice issuance, tracking payments, and managing Sales Order renewals via Autocount. Process AR deposits and refunds accurately and on schedule. Manage MDEC / MATRADE renewals and complete related government submissions. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary to support compliance and financial reporting activities.

Administrative Responsibilities



Oversee daily office operations including facilities, procurement, and inventory/supplies management. Coordinate maintenance and servicing of office equipment (computers, printers, etc.). Manage general administrative tasks such as correspondence, documentation, filing (both physical and digital), and preparation of administrative reports. Ensure all duties are executed efficiently and aligned with company standards and timelines.

Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). Experience with Autocount or other accounting software is an added advantage. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. High accuracy and attention to detail. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Remuneration & Benefits



Basic Salary:

RM3,500 to RM4,000 EPF, SOCSO, EIS provided

Working Days:

Monday - Friday (5-day week)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
