Assist Director on daily basis
Assist in following-up assigned task with other employees
Assist in financial report for entities and management account
Prepare documentation relating to e-commerce and retail operation
Prepare bank reconciliation and shipping reconciliation
Assist in checking and receiving goods from Supplier or Distributor
Data entry, filing and keeping accurate report
Make payment to supplier and verify payment from customers
Check and record retail daily shift and daily sales
Provide Quotation, Sales order, Delivery order, & Invoice for company
Generate reports / financial dashboard and others administrative task for entities
Check sales vs logistic billing
