Job Summary:

Finance Admin will mainly be the contracts owner and perform documents filling for the finance team. Other than that, Finance Admin will be helping out on vendor details changes, Company Secretarial matters, Treasury matters and other system user maintenance. At the same time, Finance Admin shall assist Account Executive in other matters that may be assigned by the Finance Manager from time to time.

Responsibities:

• Contracts owner to obtain signatories, stamping and also maintaining contracts trackers for Malaysia & Singapore
• Filling of Malaysia & Singapore finance documents.
• Checking and follow up for vendor banking details changes for Malaysia & Singapore
• Company Secretarial matters to obtain signatures, documents and be the contact between Company and the Company Secretary for Malaysia
• Treasury matters to obtain signature, documents and be the contact between the Company, Global Treasury and Banks for Malaysia.
• To help out Account Executive as assigned by the Finance Manager from time to time
• As back-up for receptionist when she is on leave
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM
• Basic computer knowledge especially in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Minimum 3 years working experiences
• Independent, with positive attitude & willing to learn new skills
• An ability to function well as part of a team & be a team player
• Self-disciplined with pleasant personality & great interpersonal skill
• A fast & efficient worker
