Lendlease is currently searching for a Finance Business Partner. This role involves working closely with the business communicating financial information and offering commercial strategies.

Finance Analyst - Business Partner

As a Finance Analyst- Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning financial strategies with overall business objectives. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

Work closely with various departments to understand their goals and challenges and collaborate with non-finance teams to integrate financial insights into decision-making processes.

Provide comprehensive reports on key financial metrics to support informed decision-making.

Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

Develop accurate financial forecasts based on market trends and business performance.

Offer financial insights and guidance to support strategic initiatives and assess the financial impact of various business scenarios and recommend optimal solutions.

Regularly monitor and report on financial performance against benchmarks and targets.

Identify potential financial risks and work on proactive mitigation strategies. Provide recommendations to safeguard financial health and stability.

Communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders clearly and effectively. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance collaboration and understanding.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in finance. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Act as a liaison between finance and other departments, ensuring a cohesive approach. Lead and contribute to cross-functional teams on various strategic projects.

To be considered for this role:

Tertiary qualified within a relevant discipline, preferably a professional accreditation such as CA, CPA etc

Experience in financial planning and analysis with minimum 5 years experience in either public accounting or commercial environment

Real estate knowledge/background would be highly regarded

Advanced financial modelling experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good problem solving skills and ability to work in a team and independently.
