Our Client is a Multinational Company and a top leader in its respective industry. Being a public listed MNC with over billions of revenues, they invest massive resources into their staff training programme to develop their people from the ground. They are currently looking multiple role of Senior - Regional FP&A Analyst / Finance Partner Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

.

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Creating and managing the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure that the company has accurate financial projections for the short and long term.
• Business Partnering: Collaborating with the commercial team and business leaders across the organization to understand their needs and provide financial support and guidance on pricing & COGS in order to influence, steer and improve business performance
• Financial Analysis: Conducting financial analysis to support business decisions, such as pricing strategies, product development, and capital investments.
• Corporate Reporting: Preparing financial reports and dashboards to communicate key financial metrics to the management team and Regional Office.
• Variance Analysis: Analysing and explaining variances between actual results and budget/forecast.
• Financial Modeling: Building financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Assist in the performance studies for Line and Finance Management
• Involved in Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities
• Support Financial Control reporting and review of any other projects required

Main Requirements

• Candidate with FP&A and experience dealing with business / operational teams is preferred
• Big 4 or Big 10 Auditors are welcome to apply
• MINIMUM of 6 years relevant working experience
• Degree in Finance & Accounting/Commerce or equivalent with professional qualifications such as ICAEW/ACCA/CPA/MIA will be highly advantageous
• Great communication skills to liaise with stakeholders across multiple countries
• Able to work well in a fast paced MNC environment
