Company overview Our client is an established MNC that is a strong player in the technology industry. In line with their business expansion, they are looking to bring on board financial accountants who are looking for a fast-paced, multinational, and cultural company with regional exposure and career growth. *Fresh Accounting/Finance graduates and experienced Finance Analysts are welcomed! The new roles available to apply: Accounts Receivable Accountant; You will be exposed to managing invoices, being responsible for daily accounting functions, performing month-end closing activities, preparing balance sheet and bank reconciliation activities, and preparing weekly AR and credit reports. You will also be a key contact for internal and external reporting and audit activities and be involved in various project assignments and process improvements. Distributor Ops Analyst; You will be part of the Distributor Operations team, where you will be responsible for managing distributor rebate programs and solving issues related to agreement creation, rebates, and settlement. Prepare a weekly, monthly, or quarterly report and presentation deck for management review and business partners and ensure a smooth month-end close. You will also participate in project assignments and process improvement activities, review and analyze procedures, implement changes, and engage in KPI and metrics tracking and measurement activities. Financial Planning & Reporting As a member of the team, you will be responsible for reporting preparations, analysis, and coordination activities. You will perform detailed expenses variance analysis of actual results versus forecast and provide recommendation for cost control. Perform month-end close, expense review, and yearly budget and quarterly forecast planning and analysis. Support internal and external audit, SOX, regulatory, statutory, and other compliance. Requirements to succeed \xc2\xb7 You are a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree holder in Accounting / Finance or professional qualification. \xc2\xb7 A minimum of 1 to 2 years of working experience in finance or reporting and analytics environment. \xc2\xb7 Experienced in SAP system is an added advantage. \xc2\xb7 You should also possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. \xc2\xb7 Ideally, you are people oriented and team player, positive and proactive, willing to learn and with good communication skills (Chinese language is an added advantage), detailed oriented and analytical.
