• Lead financial reporting activities related to the project spendings,
• Prepare journal entries (accruals mainly) to the general ledger,
• Perform analysis/ analytical review of Profit and Loss accounts and balance sheet, cost centre checks and transaction posting checks in relation to the project,
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other functions (e.g. project leads, AMEX team, P2P, O2C, Stat & Tax) to ensure correct reflection of the project spendings in general ledger,
• Comply with GSK control framework and GSK finance guide,
• Monitor and track progress of projects including preparation of financial analysis of the project status.
