Kuala Lumpur - Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia About The Job The Financial Analyst role is responsible and supports for all financial aspects of the CBRE Pacific business, driving continuous improvement objectives and ensures SLA & Business KPIs, SOX Compliance are met. What You Will Do Perform Customer & Project Master Data creation / amendment Perform upkeep of the DoA Matrix Manage Service Performance Review Support monthly or yearly SOX testing by providing all relevant documentations Manage / monitor query resolution related to Master Data / DoA Participate in UAT as when needed Conduct historical comparisons of departmental expenditures with requested appropriations. Analyze records of past operations, trends, costs, revenues, and obligations to project future finances. Assist in preparing special studies, analyses, and recommendations related to budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals Prepare reports on department structures, functions, and operational procedures, suggesting improvements. Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time What You Need At least 1-2 years\' experience in a Finance / SSC / Audit environment preferrable with Master Data maintenance Candidate must possess at least a degree in Finance/Business Admin/Computer Science (Major Database Management) or related area Able to work independently with minimal supervision High level of accuracy, numerical ability and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure to meet deadline Proficiency in English A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge Service line: Corporate Segment
