At an exciting time of growth at BSI we are looking for a Vietnamese speaking Finance Analyst to join our busy and diverse Financial Accounting Team. With specific responsibility for liaising with our clients and colleagues in Vietnam, you will be responsible for all Accounts Payable /General Ledger tasks for that ledger, and carry out General Ledger duties for other locations. With a line manager who believes in cross-training, multi-skilling and enhanced job satisfaction, you will participate in and lead continuous business/process improvement projects and provide expert support and guidance to Business Partners as needed. Accuracy, efficiency and a focus on continuous improvement are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Full General Ledger and Accounts Payable responsibilities Sole responsibility of Vietnamese accounts - GL and Accounts Payable General Ledger for other accounts in other countries Preparation of financial statement Journal preparation, variances reclassification, banks recs Preparation for monthly balance sheets & reports Ad hoc responsibilities as required Skills & Experience required: Diploma or degree in Finance and Accounting Fluent Vietnamese speaking and reading/writing skills.
