Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in accounting.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Malaysian.
Computer literate and must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Software (ie work/excel), Sage UBS, or any other accounting software will be an added advantage.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and able to meet tight deadlines.
Possess good working attitude.
Has good communication skills, detailed and with an eye for figures.
Can handle workload very fast and very energetic & active personal.
Can handle work under pressure.
Able to handle full set of accounts is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Assist in prepare the company monthly Accounts and Financial reports.
Responsible for invoicing, monitoring receivables (especially chasing payment collections) and perform day-to-day transaction process
Responsible for Payment processing, monitoring payables and perform day-to-day transaction process
Prepare bank reconciliation, coordinate, and monitor bank balances.
To assist in administrative tasks from time to time
Able to undertake ad-hoc task and all other duties as assigned by superior from time to time
Maintain and organize filing system
