To handle AP/AR invoices and maintain finance confidential information.
To check & administer monthly staff claims.
To ensure timely payment of monthly utilities expenses
To ensure office equipment are maintained at functional condition
Carry out general office administrative and finance Support.
Any other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirement:
Well-versed in SQL Accounting system and Microsoft Excel.
Candidate must possess at lease Diploma in related field.
At least 1-2 years working experience
Able to work independently, self-motivated with positive work attitude.
Responsible and have a pleasant personality
Language : English
knowledge in e-Invoicing
