Battlefront Miniatures is looking for a Finance and Admin Executive to help our team ensure that a account, purchasing, HR, shipping, and a variety of other tasks get taken care of. This support work is essential to allow our factory team to produce and export the best 15mm scale World War II miniatures in the world. Finance and Admin Executive Position Summary



Works as part of the Finance and Administration team to ensure that account, HR, shipping, purchasing, and a variety of other clerical functions are completed. The Finance and Admin Executive will be responsible for the following:

.Process payments to suppliers and maintain accurate payment records.

.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

.Managing and maintaining employee time and attendance records, processing payroll based on attendance data, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and serving as the primary point of contact for attendance-related inquiries.

.Manages international shipments by coordinating logistics, handling all necessary documentation, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.

Handling purchase orders, product delivery tracking, incoming phone calls, and any other general administrative functions.

.Serve as the main point of contact for all local authority interactions and inquiries.

Able to work with minimum supervision, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

.Maintain proper and systematic filing and documentation of all accounting records, project documents, and financial files.

Knowledge or the ability to learn FOCUS Accounting/Stock software.

Manage existing and future file systems.

Coordinates with stores and Purchasing Manager to ensure incoming and outgoing consignments are tracked and verified.

Applicants Should

:

Have a Bachelor's degree, with technical college or account and manufacturing background as an advantage. (Minimum LCCI)

Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese fluency also helpful.

Be self-motivated, open to learning a variety of skills and problem solving approaches.

Be comfortable using MS Office applications, including Word and Excel. Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.

Able to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company, both here in Malaysia as well as with members of the global Battlefront Miniatures team.

Age 25 and above.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,500.00 to RM4,000.00 /month

Administration: 2 year (Preferred) Account: 2 year (Preferred)
Education:

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

English (Required) Bahasa Malaysia (Required) Mandarin (Preferred)
Expected Start Date: 17/11/2025
