POSITION: OPERATIONS CUM ADMIN EXECUTIVE

REPORT TO: CHIEF OPERATIONS MANAGER


We're eagerly seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Operation Cum Admin Executive

to join our team. As an Operation Personnel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations, driving efficiency, and implementing strategies to optimize productivity. RESPONSIBILITIES



Prepare order to send to client, liaise with Finance for invoice, liaise with Lalamove for order delivery and stock update. Work closely with clients to make sure all the Documentation/ Paperwork is ready for submission and to keep them informed. Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily sales operations. Assisting the Manager with sales operational issues. Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency. Preparing and filing forms and other documents. Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager. Monitor sales operation with developer and agents. Compile sales reports and report with the operation manager. Attending to any correspondence and emails by developers, agents and clients. Assisting overseas client to alliance with mortgage consultant and solve the issues. Assisting other department for Medical Supply packing along with liaise with Lala Move for delivery of item. To perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the manager or management.

Requirements:



Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word). Able to work with minimum supervision. Good communication & interpersonal skills. Able to meet deadlines. Able to multi-task with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently. Positive working attitude and willingness to learn.

Diploma and higher

Experience:



Admin Operations : 2-3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:



License D/DA (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
