JOB SCOPE: FINANCE & BILLING ASSISTANT
1. Prepare Payment Vouchers (PV) and update PV listings.
2. Manage accounting files and records (bookkeeping).
3. Record daily financial transactions in the system or Microsoft Excel.
4. Update and maintain listings for Quotations, Purchase Orders (PO), and Invoices.
5. Assist in monthly and yearly account closing processes.
6. Prepare and organize supporting documents for audit purposes.
7. Assist in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
8. Perform data entry and verify supporting documents.
9. Carry out other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
