Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Cloud Computing Billing Management
Compile, review, and verify Cloud Computing billing data from multiple internal and customer Cloud Computing accounts.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of monthly billing reports before submission to Finance/Management.
Invoice and Delivery Order (DO) Generation
Prepare and issue invoices and delivery orders for customer billing in accordance with contract terms and timelines.
Coordinate with the sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely issuance and delivery.
AWS Bills Monitoring
Monitor and track Cloud Computing usage and billing trends across all managed accounts.
Flag any anomalies, unexpected cost spikes, or billing errors for prompt resolution with the Technical Team.
Billing Reconciliation & Reporting
Reconcile vendor bills with customer invoices to ensure alignment of revenue and cost recognition.
Prepare monthly billing summaries for internal management reporting.
Process Improvement & Documentation
Maintain up-to-date billing and invoicing process documentation.
Suggest improvements in billing compilation, monitoring, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as the point of contact for billing-related queries from internal teams and customers.
Coordinate with principal account managers or support for billing clarifications as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
