Responsibilities: Prepare documentation for updates to bank signatories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Coordinate the preparation of bank confirmations for external audits, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to meet audit deadlines. Update bank balances for dashboard reporting, providing timely and accurate financial information to management. Assist in downloading bank statements and organizing financial records for reference and analysis. Monitor and update credit card utilization, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of expenses. Facilitate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Schedule in-house and external events, coordinating logistics and managing related communications. Provide support for ad hoc requests, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving needs. Assist the legal department with administrative tasks, including document management and correspondence. Manage the distribution of director resolutions, ensuring timely dissemination and record-keeping. Requirements and Skills: Proficiency in using computer software and financial tools. Strong time-management and organizational abilities. Excellent verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on process accuracy. Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills quickly. Demonstrated multitasking capabilities. Strong problem-solving skills. Prior work experience as a Finance Administrator/Assistant or similar role is preferred.
