Role Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Finance Assistant
to join our finance team. The role involves handling daily cash records, ensuring timely bank-ins, maintaining proper documentation, and supporting audit preparation. You will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Check and verify daily cash collections.
Record and file all bank-in slips and related documents.
Update cash transactions in the accounting system accurately.
Assist in preparing documents for the annual company audit.
Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support other team members in daily and monthly finance tasks.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in
Accounting, Finance, or Business Studies
.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting
is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a team.
Good time management and communication skills.
