Experience in familiarizing with the entire recruitment process and handling the onboarding or offboarding process.
Possess knowledge of human resources-related laws, understand and be able to correspond to labor relations issues.
Excellent written reporting skills, logical emotions, able to write, draft policies, and procedures.
Sharp interpersonal insight and sensitivity. Have good communication skills.
Responsibilities
Responsible for daily bill collection, payment, custody, and expense reimbursement.
Prepare, bind, and keep original vouchers.
Assist the finance department in preparing monthly documents and reports.
Handle all related business with the bank.
Responsible for the full process of personnel recruitment, employee onboarding, and departure, familiar with relevant laws.
