Requirements: Candidate must possess at least LCCI / Bachelor\'s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting / finance. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Excellent numeracy skills & attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical error. Good verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of the MS Office suite (particularly Word, Excel and Powerpoint). Must be proactive, has the abilityfor multi-tasking and eager to learn. A good team player. Responsibility: Responsible in maintaining accurate accounting entry into accounting system on timely basis. Handle data entry for all account transactions including Account Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger. Keep track and follow up on outstanding Customers\xe2\x80\x99 outstanding payment. Keep track on expenses accounts (i.e. subscription fees, etc). Updating weekly cash flow report. Prepare payment and submission for approval for the payment process on time. Track and reconcile bank statements and reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Liaise with banker on banking matters. Participate in annual audit / substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. To assist in general office administration tasks. Any ad hoc assignments assign by management.
