Now Hiring: Finance Assistant (Documentation & Filing)
Location: BANDAR KLUANG
Job Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain financial documents and filing systems (physical and digital)
Assist in updating and recording financial transactions, invoices, and payment vouchers
Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) documentation processes
Ensure all finance-related records are properly labeled, archived, and easily retrievable
Assist in data entry and general administrative tasks within the finance department
Provide support to the Finance Executive as required
Requirements:
Age between 18 - 35 years old
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
0-2 years of experience in finance or administrative support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday:
9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
