Job Description

What you will be doing \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reports and analysis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cashflow planning and forecasts which will require you to work with multiple stakeholders for inputs. Experience in arrangement of bank facilities will be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate monthly stocktakes and resolve variances with Operations, reporting any exceptions to the Management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents and records. \xe2\x80\xa2 Set standard costs of manufactured goods, including standard rates for material, labour and overheads. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse manufacturing costs and prepare any related reports, including variance reports, making strategic suggestions to management to improve processes and costs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop inventory analysis reports and analyse variances. Assist in the improvement of internal controls related to inventory. \xe2\x80\xa2 Record, analyse, report and file transactions, operation-log, feedbacks and suggestions periodically and upon request \xe2\x80\xa2 Take on ad-hoc tasks as required. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent; \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience with manufacturing costing background \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point & Word; \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multi-task and work under tight deadline \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. You will be required to write and present reports in English. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in food and/or ingredient industry will be advantageous; \xe2\x80\xa2 Good analytical skills, strong communication & organization skills and a team player; \xe2\x80\xa2 High degree of initiative, credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust
