Responsibilities: Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting principles and regulations.
Generate periodic financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
General Ledger Management:
Maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
Tax Compliance:
Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns.
Stay informed about changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance.
Audit Support:
Support internal and external audit processes.
Ensure the implementation of audit recommendations.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Provide insights into financial trends and performance.
Cash Flow Management:
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
Implement strategies to optimize cash resources.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
Stay updated on changes in accounting practices and regulations.
Team Management:
Supervise and mentor finance team members.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve financial goals. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least [X years] of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
