Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reports and analysis.
- Cashflow planning and forecasts which will require you to work with multiple stakeholders for inputs. Experience in arrangement of bank facilities will be advantageous.
- Coordinate monthly stocktakes and resolve variances with Operations, reporting any exceptions to the Management.
- Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents and records.
- Set standard costs of manufactured goods, including standard rates for material, labour and overheads.
- Analyse manufacturing costs and prepare any related reports, including variance reports, making strategic suggestions to management to improve processes and costs.
- Develop inventory analysis reports and analyse variances. Assist in the improvement of internal controls related to inventory.
- Record, analyse, report and file transactions, operation-log, feedbacks and suggestions periodically and upon request
- Take on ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Education - Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent
- Experience - More than 5 years at Executive level in Manufacturing (Food product prefered)
- Skills - ERP, Ms Office
- Certifications - ACCA / MIA or equivalent will be an advantage
- Language - Fluent professional English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to multi-task and work under tight deadline
- Good analytical skills, strong communication & organization skills and a team player;
- High degree of initiative, credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust
- Willing to work in Iskandar Puteri (Gelang Patah), Johor
- Malaysian citizen only
- Able to start in short notice is an advantage
