Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transaction.
Day-to-day activities of finance functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable.
Reconciles records with internal company employee and management, intercompany, or external vendors or customers.
Preparation and records keeping of statutory tax requirements (WHT, SST).
Assist on preparing timely audit and tax schedules and liaise with auditors, tax agents and bankers.
Assist in the coordination and review of annual budgeting and forecasting process.
Any task to be assigned by superior/HOD from time to time.
Process of payment according to company policies.
Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
Ensure all documents are kept/filed according to work procedure.
Job Requirement :
Minimum Diploma or other equivalent Certificate.
Fresh graduate or 1-2 years working experience.
Excel skill at least intermediate level, MS office.
SAP Knowledge advantaged.
Good interpersonal skills, detailed oriented.
Independent, adaptable, positive mindset.
Time management.
