Assist in data entry for financial records and transactions
Issue payment vouchers, official receipts, and invoices accurately and promptly
Maintain proper filing and documentation of finance-related documents
Perform basic reconciliation and record-keeping tasks
Support month-end closing processes
Liaise with internal departments or vendors on payment matters when needed
Assist in ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned by the superior
