Account Receivables (AR) and Account Payables (AP) data entry into accounting system
Handle day to day AR functions including timeliness and accuracy issuance of all sales invoices (cross countries - Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia) and relevant customer portals.
Handle day to day operation of AP function including perform matching of all purchase invoices and expenses to supporting document and PO (cross countries - Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia)
Good understanding of process flow for AR and AP
Ensure proper and systematic digitise documents/ archiving is done in a timely and accurate manner
General administrative duties
Assist in other accounting duties as assigned by Senior Manager (Finance)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
