Report To : Accounts Executive, Accounts Manager
Responsibilities:
Order entry and Accounts Receivable - Issue Debit/Credit note, Invoice and statement to customers and monthly AR closing;
Accounts Payable - Match and file all material requisitions to P/O, D/O, PRN and Invoice & reconcile creditor statement and monthly AP closing;
Inventory - data entry;
Filing of all documents related to AP & AR;
To liaise with managers, team members, operations, customers and suppliers
To handle any ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the Management
Requirements:
Positive attitude, pro-active and good communication skill;
Detailed, efficient, honest and loyal;
Qualification:
Certificate/Diploma/Degree in related field;
PC literate - Knowledge in SQL is an added advantage
Good in Bahasa Malaysia & Bahasa English - both written and spoken
Possess own transport;
Others:
Remunerations package - commensurate with qualification and working experience.
