JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To in-charge of administration work. To manage company bank reconciliation. To do data entry on daily transactions such as bank in slip, e-wallet payments, company business transactions, etc. To do any ad hoc tasks required by superior. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent, or at least 1 year experienced in related field. Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) with knowledgeable in account software (SQL etc). Responsible, willing to learn, initiative & ability to work independently. Possess strong personality characteristics such as honesty, trustworthy, and ability to follow instructions.
