• Responsible for monthly FBMSB management report & provide insights to performance, including countermeasures development
• Responsible for FBMSB statutory financial statements
• Responsible for outlook (monthly) / annual cash funding (semi annually)
• Responsible for the risk assessment template & BCP related matter
• Oversee & coordinate with procurement team on the sourcing request and PO team on the PR/PO for professional services required by FSO in Ariba & Oracle for FSO.
• Oversee the housekeeping of the fixed asset record by shared service team/other departments
• Housekeeping the legal contracts in FSO agreements in shared drive/sharepoint.
• Lead improvement of FBMSB finance processes, including digital transformation, and financial accounting quality improvement.
• Lead improvement of communication within FSO, other functions within FBMSB, Regional departments, Opcos and HQ.
• Lead compliance monitoring activities and improvement of governance in financial accounting practices within FBMSB.
• Lead / support various finance related projects as a representative of FBMSB Finance
• Indirectly lead & develop FSO team members
• Execute operational activities at ground / staff level when needed
• Other ad-hoc task which is assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years\' qualifying experience in corporate accounts and finance function.
• Degree in Accounting with professional qualification (e.g. CPA Australia, ACCA, MICPA etc).
• Good knowledge of accounting policies, accounting standards; Companies Act and tax law.
• Familiar with full accounting and audit process.
• Well versed in Microsoft applications especially Excel. Knowledge in Power platform will be an advantage.
• Good written and communication skill in English.
