Now, we're looking for experienced and analytical Finance Coordinator to manage cash flows and financial transactions, driving profitability through precise and proactive financial handling.

JOB FUNCTION:



Handling full set of financial transactions for KPR and its subsidiaries. Reducing the overall expenses costs by all departments. Responsible for monthly management financial reports, inter-co reconciliation and assisting with statutory reporting including audit reports and tax computation. To ensure compliance of Company policy and procedures and statutory requirements. Assist in liaising with internal & external auditors, tax agent, company secretary, banker and other relevant third parties.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:



Work closely with the Accounts Executive to manage payment allocations and execute timely transactions to suppliers, contractors, and relevant government or semi-government bodies. Timely preparation of payment upon receipt of complete documents and the payments have been released based on allocation for payment and cash flow position. Monitor all cash flow issues and perform treasury functions in daily operation. Ensure timely loan facilities are utilized in an efficient manner. Monitor repayment of term loan interest as well as repayment of term loan - to ensure cash availability to cater for such purpose. Enter transaction data into the system and ensure that all transactions, along with their corresponding receipts, are updated in a timely manner within the company's internal accounts management system. Assist superior in year-end closing/audit and annual tax return (e.g.: preparation of working paper for external auditors, drafting audited financial statements and providing the necessary information for preparation of tax computation by tax agent. Responsible for monthly management financial reports, inter-co reconciliation and assisting with statutory reporting including audit reports and tax computation. Assist in liaising with internal & external auditors, tax agent, company secretary, banker and other relevant third parties. Partner with HR to proactively streamline workforce expenses and minimize unnecessary labour costs. Ad-hoc duties and tasks requested by Superior from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:



The successful candidate will be confident in leading the business and steering the company to the most profitable position while implementing its vision, mission and long-term goals. The candidate must possess the requirements below:

Minimum 3-5 years related working experience, preferably in Retail, F&B, food & beverage industry will be an added advantage. Audit experience would be an added advantage. Knowledge and skills in accounting system will be added value. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Meticulous, independent and committed. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel and PowerPoint. Good written and verbal communications skills. Team player with excellent organization and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Preferably able to start work within short notice.
