Position: Finance Coordinator - Asset Management
Tenure: 1 year\'s contract (Renewable basis)
Salary: Rm 3000- Rm 3300
Working Location: Damansara Height
Working Hour: Standard
Job Responsibilities:
- Generates Fixed Asset Listing and coordinate with Business Support Group (BSG) for preliminary identification, scoping and grouping of assets.
- Prints stickers for BSG to tag assets, ensuring that each asset has a unique identifier that can be easily scanned or read.
- Verify asset count performed by BSG at site.
- Training staff on asset process and comply with company asset acquisition and disposal guideline.
- Conducting regular asset audits to ensure that tags remain intact and accurate records of asset location and status are maintained.
- Prepare asset count checklist, asset audit reports or memo by weekly/monthly basis.
- Respond to queries from stakeholder in a timely manner
- Summarize reports on asset counting data and operational problems to supervisor.
- Support other tasks assigned by supervisor or the company
- Education must be at least Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- 1 - 2 years of working experience.
- Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office preferred.
- Fixed Asset accounting experience preferred.
- Discipline, Self-motivated and possesses good follow-up skills.
- Must possess own transport and a valid driving license.
- Required to work on site / Service Stations
