Job Responsibility Monthly closing of management accounts for subsidiaries involved in property development in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards. Responsible for all aspect of Accounts Receivable and Payable. Monthly bank and control accounts reconciliations. Required to work with project, cost & contract, and sales & marketing department to streamline information required for payment processing and entries for expenses. Assist with providing info to external and internal auditors, and tax agents, in relation to the annual audited financial statements, enterprise risk management, internal audit, annual tax returns, tax estimates and any tax affairs. Work with bankers for operational and administrative functions related to utilization, maintenance, and operation of banking facilities. Liaise with lawyers, valuers, company secretaries, and any other parties as may be required. To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time. Job Requirements Possess a Degree or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualifications. Experience in Accounting (exposure to real estate/property industry will be an added advantage). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficient with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel. Committed, analytical, meticulous, accountable and reliable. Good communication and interpersonal skills, efficient time management skills. A team player with high degree of honesty and integrity. Willing to be based in Kota Damansara area.
