2. Scrap Monitoring and Reporting:

Track and analyze scrap levels across different product lines and production stages.

Identify root causes of scrap generation and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.

Prepare detailed scrap reports and provide regular updates to management.

3. Year-End Audit Arrangement:

Coordinate and prepare for year-end inventory audits, ensuring compliance with audit requirements and standards.

Assist auditors with physical inventory counts, reconciliations, and documentation.

Address audit findings and implement recommended improvements.

4. Inventory Data Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the inventory management system.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across all inventory reports and databases.

Conduct regular data validation and reconciliation to identify and rectify discrepancies.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

Develop and maintain various inventory reports, including stock status, inventory valuation, and demand forecasts.

Analyze inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support inventory optimization and cost reduction initiatives.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with planning, production, TCS, and finance teams to align inventory management activities with business goals.

Participate in cross-functional meetings and projects to address inventory-related challenges and opportunities.

7. Continuous Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency and accuracy.

Stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements in inventory management.

8. Provide training and support to other team members on inventory analysis tools and Techniques.

Job description:

1. To ensure that test sets up is correct and rectify failure.

2. To initiate corrective action meeting when product yield is low.

3. To ensure that test status are maintained.

4. To resolve problem relating to test rejects.

5. To implement corrective / preventive action to rectify test problem and improve test yield

6. To assist Test engineer to qualify the new test operator.

7. To assist Test engineer on changes for quality and productivity improvements on jig/tester/test system.

8. To conduct evaluation on board failure & board quality.

9. To ensure rework methods are compliance to product requirement.

10. To update and control daily debug WIP & movement.

11. To provide Test training to Technician, Repairer, Test operator

12. To follow company policies and procedures

13. To report violations of company labor and ethics policies, etc.
