Finance & Operations Manager



We are seeking a

dynamic and hands-on Finance & Operations Manager

to lead and optimize business operations and financial strategy. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in the

Ready-To-Drink (RTD)

or

Ready-To-Eat (RTE)

industries, capable of managing both operational execution and financial performance. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end production planning, cost control, budgeting, and compliance to support strategic growth and profitability.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management



Production Planning & Control:

Oversee production schedules to meet volume, quality, and delivery targets. Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and sales teams to ensure demand-supply alignment. Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, including material and packaging flow.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure consistent adherence to product quality standards and regulatory compliance. Enhance internal SOPs and implement best practices in quality control.

Cost Management & Efficiency:

Monitor and optimize operational costs, including raw materials and labor utilization. Improve production efficiency and drive reductions in cost per unit.

Team & Workforce Management:

Recruit, lead, and mentor the operations team (excluding sales). Define KPIs and manage performance evaluation processes.

Finance & Accounting



Financial Planning & Budgeting:

Lead quarterly budgeting across operations, marketing, and sales functions. Monitor performance against budgets and deliver variance analyses.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare timely and accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS).

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:

Maintain liquidity through effective management of AR, AP, and inventory turnover. Optimize working capital utilization and funding efficiency.

Cost Control & Profitability Analysis:

Conduct cost and margin analysis across production, logistics, and overhead functions. Perform SKU- or product-line profitability assessments to drive margin improvements.

Compliance & Taxation:

Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory filings (Corporate Tax, SST/GST, etc.). Maintain audit readiness and liaise with auditors and tax advisors.

Systems & Process Implementation:

Recommend and implement suitable accounting or ERP systems. Drive process improvements and collaborate with external consultants where necessary.

Requirements



Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) preferred. Minimum

5-8 years

of relevant experience, ideally in the

RTD or RTE industry

. Strong expertise in cost control, budgeting, and production planning. Proficient in financial reporting, taxation, and ERP/accounting systems. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
